Our Activity
Renato Molino and his family carry out the viticulture and the oenology arts, already practiced by the grandparents with enthusiasm and innovation, starting from the care for vineyards, through the vinification and the aging in large oak barrels, up to the glass of wine.
Our Wines
Barolo Rocche dell'Annunziata
Top level Barolo wine, obtained from an accurate selection of the best grapes of the subzone "Rocche dell'Annunziata". Long maceration on the grape skins. Aging of three years in large Slavonian oak barrels. Garnet red color with orange reflections.
Typical aroma of the traditional production method with notes of dried apricot, nutmeg, almond and rose.
Persistent in taste, thanks to its fine and enveloping tannins.
Barolo Villero
An excellent-quality Barolo wine, produced from Nebbiolo grapes sourced from the 'Villero' subzone, located in the municipality of Castiglione Falletto.
The variety, predominantly Michet, gives the wine significant structure while preserving an expressive aromatic profile.
The vineyard’s west and south-west exposure is ideal for optimal grape ripening.
Skin maceration lasts at least 21 days, followed by a minimum of 30 months of ageing in large oval casks made of Slavonian oak.
Barolo
Barolo wine, obtained from our Nebbiolo vineyards located in La Morra and Castiglione Falletto villages. Long maceration. Aging of three years in Slavonian oak barrels. Garnet red color with ruby red and orange reflections.
Flavors of almond, cherry, cinnamon and notes of rose and violet.
Spluva
Spluva is obtained from a special selection of monovarietal grapes made in our vineyards located on the hills adjacent to the cellar. The grapes are traditionally vinified with an aging in oak barrels for a more or less long period depending on the characteristics of the vintage.
